Malt: Pale Ale, Munich.
Hops: Columbus; Centennial, Chinook and Citra.
Nose: Grapefruit, Pine,
Palate: Tropical Fruit, Pine Resin, Bittersweet
Embark on a voyage of discovery. Pioneering local barley balances a long maturation with North American hops. Bittersweet yet rounded, complex but consistently satisfying. Welcome to a Brave New World.

Tight off white frothy head stayed on an opaque, light copper coloured, lightly carbonated body. Great aroma of pine, grapefruit, pith & bitter citrus. Medium bodied & quite smooth on the palate. Bitter/Sweet citrus, peach, grapefruit, mango, pith, spices & faint orange tastes. Excellent.
