750ml bottle. Clear, orange golden colour with average to huge, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Spicy aroma, minimally grainy, pale malty background, sweet-ish and peppery notes of ginger, a weak touch of mustard seed. Taste is sweet-ish, pale malty and mildly spicy, minimally citrusy fruity hoppy as well, mellow notes of ginger, some lemon, a touch of lemon peel, lime.
Oily-watery texture, smooth and minimally greasy, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
Very well integrated ginger, superb balance, clean, harmonious - not spectacular, but really sophisticated in its focussed simplicity - very nice.
