Saison brewed with red wheat and rye malt. Fermented in oak with our house microflora and then conditioned atop a blend of PA grown tart and sweet cherries from @3springsfruit at a rate of two pounds per gallon of beer. Ephemeral and drenched in drippy juicy cherry complexity.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out plenty of earthy, spicy rye, with wild yeast and barnyard. Flavour is along the same lines, with rye, earthy notes and spicy yeast, and some red berries. Very earthy and rye-dominated. Very spicy and rye-heavy. Good stuff.
