Bottle. Nose is big pie spice, cinnamon, Sprite. Nice enough nose. Orange-brown, a bit hazy, lace, bubbly. Sweet shandy flavor, 7-Up, pumpkin pie, sweet and soda-like. Not terrible, but not a beer. No thanks.

Pours from a bottle like it can’t make up its mind between being an amber and a copper. Aroma is an immediate fake spiciness. Flavor is very lackluster and metallic, like licking the inside of a can of pumpkin pie filling. Not a good beer.

From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a small off white head. Aroma is cinnamon and nutmeg spiced. Soapy. Herbal and spiced. Herbal and slight bitter. Toasted malty. Dry and slight herbal. Soapy finish.

From a bottle. Slight metallic aroma, my wife said it smells like stinky feet. If this was a little more tart perhaps it would be more enjoyable. As is, has lots of spices in there. First I think its immediately tiring then it comes back and says hey, this aint too bad. I’m not one for spicy beers but I like shandies. Just wish it leaned more toward the shandy side of it. Not impressed.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Vova’s place. Thanks Vova. Clear deep orange-amber. Aroma of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. Sweet flavor with lemony notes, pumpkin and spices. Rather light-bodied and watery. Quite drinkable.
