Draft at the source. Cloudy golden color, bright white head. Aroma of dusty lemons. Tasty is lightly funky lemon.

Draft. Clear golden body with a frothy, white head, rapidly diminishing. Aroma of toasted grain, spice, banana. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet, lightly bitter and lightly tart. Medium body, watery/syrupy texture, lively carbonation. Taste of banana, clove and husky grain. Drinkable, but smells and tastes more like a hefeweizen than a saison. It’s either a passable hefe or a bad saison.
