Grabbed to go from tap room nice that they last years items as well. I’d didn’t have fresh but seems perfectly aged. Dark black pour and minimal head. Nose is coffee and earthy and barrel. Tatses of coffee, light vanilla, faint and pleasant bourbon, soy sauce, earthy mushrooms, chocolate. Silky smooth. So good

Bottle, 500 ml from Total Beverage, Denver. Black with beige head. Chocolate, lots of coffee, roasted, some bourbon, very smooth. Moderate sweetness. Very nice. Medium to full bodied.

500mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Nose is decadent and lush, with bourbon barrels and intense coffee beans upfront, followed by a touch of vanilla. Flavour follows along the same lines, with bourbon barrels, coffee, and a hint of vanilla. Integrated well, with a deep palate. Excellent.

Bottle at RBSG. Look and aroma is pretty much the same as the rest of the series. Taste brings the coffee, very lightly. Still sweet, a bit lighter on the back end.

[2/2/17] Draught at City Tap House in Boston. Black. Huge vegetal coffee aroma. Sweet flavor, roast, vegetal coffee, some chocolate, alcohol. Medium-bodied.

Bottle pours out black topped with a tan head. nose is lots of coffee heavy roast malts bourbon barrel maple syrup. Taste is coffee heavy bourbon barrel vanilla brown sugar.

Poured from bottle cola black with a lacey coca head. Aromas of coffee chocolate roasted malt and vanilla. Taste follows aroma with a balanced bourbon note. Quite a nice brew.
