22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, best before 9/24/2015. Pours lightly hazy deep golden yellow color with a 2 finger dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big lemon, pear, apple, white grape, light banana, peppercorn, clove, wheat, cracker, honey, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt/honey notes; with good strength. Taste of big lemon, pear, apple, white grape, light banana, peppercorn, clove, wheat, cracker, honey, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Good amount of earthy yeast/peppercorn spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, pear, apple, white grape, light banana, peppercorn, clove, wheat, cracker, honey, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity and robustness of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt/honey flavors; with a great malt/yeast/spice balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium-high carbonation and medium bodied; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, and lightly creamy/sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warmth present after the finish. Overall this is a very nice saison style. All around good robustness, complexity, and balance of fruity/earth yeast, spices, and pale malt/honey flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

New Beer Distributors, NYC bomber: pale with white head. Aroma is flowers and honey. Taste is kind of sweet. Low hoppiness. Honey aftertaste. Not bad. Straightforward.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is some fruity esters and a nice lemon juice. Flavor is bitterness from the fresh lemon juice. Then comes More of a yeasty estery fruit with a wheaty peppery backbone. This was a decent saison. Plenty flavorful and the additions to the beer are noticeable. Also I think this only cost about 4 bucks a bottle.
