On tap at Pizza Port - Carlsbad, pours a clear dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma has a nice vibrant piney hop character that melds well with the toasted malt. Flavour is wonderfully balanced between the toasted malt and earthy hops, almost more like a CDA, with a dry, toasted, bitter finish. Wonderfully balanced and constructed.
