Sampled from a bottle this beer poured a red-brown color with a medium sized soapy tan head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was toasty malt and bread crust. The flavor was toasty malt, faint caramel, bread crust and a hint of fruit. Medium length finish. Medium body.

12 oz botttle from HyVee in Council Bluffs. No bottling date or expiration date anywhere on the bottle. Clear amber with fast dying head. Aroma is dirty grain, sweaty socks, and slight off yeast. Yup, the sat at the supermarket entirely too long. Taste like dirty socks and muddy river water.

On draft at the brewp it is a clear Amber color with an off white head. The Aroma is subtle and the taste is tingly sweet and has hints of caramel

On draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear copper with an off white head. Aroma of leather and roast. Flavors of caramel. Smooth, slightly sweet finish.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2015. Pours a clear deep orange amber with a light brown head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has notes of light fruits and grain with a good amount of bread underlying. Flavor has dark grains and bread with a hint of dark fruits.

Refrigerated 12 oz. bottle via queenholly. Dark amber with small off-white head. Aroma is nuts, medium body, low carbonation, and some small-bubble lacing. Taste is caramel, nuts, and some toast. Not my thing. Queenholly with another state tick.

12oz bottle. Filtered bright (for the style) orange-amber body. Thin, patchy head. Odd oily caramel aroma. There are some mild infected garbage undertones going on. Otherwise a pretty straightforward almost amber lager...without the amber malt. Everything I’ve had from this brewery has been disappointing and this is no exception.
