A beer that’s been years in the making! It’s An Exercise in Patience, a New Zealand-Style Pilsner loaded with Garston Cascade that we’re thrilled to finally, FINALLY, have in-house. The unique terroir of this Southern New Zealand varietal lends notes of lemon-lime, grapefruit zest, subtle fresh mango, and a slight herbal touch. Using a blend of pilsner malts, an Exercise in Patience makes for one easy-drinking, flavor-forward libation.

Gold, thin head. Woody cascade, rich bitterness, clean pale malt, some grass. That bitterness is the shit.

On tap at North Park - Bankers Hill, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma has tons of biscuity malt, straw, and crisp floral hops. Flavour is bright and bitter, with big grassy, piney, floral, spicy hops, with a super crisp biscuity base. Dry, super bitter, and vibrant. Excellent.
