A Place To Rest For the Holidays

This one-off batch of our house IPA turns things up a notch with a dose of flowable centennial in the whirlpool to bring a bright, grassy, and citrusy pop to rest under the fruit salad layers, amplifies the dry hop with more Citra, Mosaic, and Sabro, and boosts up the abv a touch to bring even more of a jolt of fresh fruit cocktail, electric piña coladas, and mixed tropical fruit salads. It drinks with a nice balanced bitterness to keep things as gulpable as possible for extra holiday enjoyment!
