This beer has a deep yellow color, a very subtle hazy appearance and a white, fine, persistent head. Its delicate scents are a perfect example of balance between the fruity, herbaceous and malty components, and give it a light aroma that invites you to drink. A sip of Nazionale reveals a little masterpiece of connections between individual tastes. Its notes of chamomile and citrus fruits, balanced out by the gentle bitterness of Italian hops - grown and harvested on Baladin’s own hop fields - make it simply complex.

opalescent pale golden colour, medium sized, though not too stable off-white head; aroma of coriander, orange peel, grape, lemony, Belgian yeast and grainy notes; taste is basically the same; correct one

750 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 6.5%. Pale golden colour, slightly hazy, huge white head. Very yeasty and very spicy aroma, strong notes of coriander and cloves. Very dry flavour, very yeasty and very spicy again. As I am not Italian, Teo Musso & Co. will have to forgive me for not being emotional about all ingredients being Italian home grown. A drinkable beer of course, just not Baladin’s best.

Aroma belgisk gjær, malt, aprikos, klementin, humle. Utseende uklar gylden med offwhite skum. Smak gjær, sitrus, malt, humle, tropisk frukt. Fyldig frisk og fruktig, noe gjærsmak, men ikke plagsomt. Mars -18

330ml bottle into glass. Italian restaurant in Yamba. Cloudy amber beer with a foamy white head. High fine carbonation. Nose of sour grain and lemon. Full bodied, nice effervescence. Easy-drinking but also complex. Nice creamy texture, finish is citric and grainy. Nice unusual ale.
