Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Bar Volo, Aspro is a wild pale ale fermented with Brett yeast and dry-hopped with New Zealand hops. It’s fresh and slightly funky, with tropical fruit notes and a little bit of tartness.

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8
A lightly hazed blonde ale with a thin creamy lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with loads of Brett, some citrus pulp, cork, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of ground cherry, light lactic notes, Brett, light cork, light buttery notes, very nice. On tap at volo.
