A deliciously smooth chocolate porter with notes of hazelnut, dark chocolate and a touch of vanilla in the finish.

Keg at CBJ. Dark and inky. Thick foamy light beige head. Aroma has low key cacao and creamy coffee. Light berries. Flavourwise it's sour led with underlying creamy coffee. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Nice enough.

Keg at Craft Beer Junction, 04/03/2026.
Black topped with a lasting khaki cap.
Nose is toffee, brown sugar dusting, light charr, roasted tones.
Taste comprises charr, chocolate biscuit, toffee, sweet edge.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close.
Okay porter if a touch on the sweet side for my liking.

440ml can from Middle Farm, Firle and shared in Kuala Lumpur. Poured an unclear medium brown colour with a thin, off white head. The aroma is roasty, caramel. The flavour is moderate to light sweet, with a smooth, rich, nutty, earthy, light herbal, caramel, light chocolate, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
