For this iteration we wanted to pair up three of the stinkiest, most pungent hops in the world; Strata, Mosaic, and Enigma. Like other hazies in this series, we pack in so much in the way of hops the result is a Hazy IPA with a more balanced bitterness and even more intense aroma, this time with absolutely ripe to the core notes of sweet melon, strawberries, golden raspberries, honeydew, white wine grapes, fresh Blue Dream buds, raspberry jelly, pineapple spears, red currants, bright grapefruit, and sweet citrus salad.
