Bottle. Apple juice gold in color. Aroma was overwhelmingly apple. not much pear. Taste was similar, not much pear. More pear in the smell than taste.

A sweet aroma of pear and apple. The initial taste is of sweet apple, followed by a taste of pear that lingers on the palate. This cider is light and refreshing. It's almost clear in appearance.

4 oz pour on draft at Spacebar. Clear champagne yellow. Aromas of light pear, apples. Tastes of pear, apples, light white wine, light tart notes. Light body with a dry finish. Fizzy carbonation. Easy drinking.

Draft. Clear golden color, coca cola head. Aroma of pear skin, apple skin. Taste is sweet pear and applesauce. Very sweet.

At Spacebar in Falls Church. Pours a very clear, light yellow-green color with no head whatsoever. Light carbonation is on the side, making it actually look a bit like slightly a carbonated watered down bourbon drink. Aroma was lots of sweet pear notes, pear juice. Semi-sweet, perhaps a bit more sweet than I’d like, but not artificially sweet thankfully. Probably drinks really well in the heat of the summer.

Apple and mild briney funk. Clear pale yellow. Apple and pear, tangy. Light body and fizzy. Not cloying, but harsh. With less carbonation this would be more enjoyable.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a fizzy white head that quickly fades. Aroma of dry pears, dry apples, mild tannins. The taste is sweet pears with a tart apple finish and a bit of vanilla. Medium bodied, high carbonation, a bit too sweet.
