Double mashed with an extended boil, this imperial stout is brewed with Grade A Very Dark Maple Syrup from Fat Stone Farm in Lyme CT (@fatstonefarm)and conditioned on coffee roasted by our friends at Giv (@givcoffee). The syrup has molasses undertones with a vanilla finish. This year we used a coffee blend that when roasted medium/dark has big notes of dark chocolate, raisin, almond, and a viscous body. This years Wisteria is decadent and rich with a pleasant sweetness. Enjoy by a fire, share a bottle with friends, or drink one alone on a Sunday Morning like me if you want to, we don’t care. Just enjoy it.
