Jenny Lake Lager is an amber colored Vienna style lager. An authentic German lager yeast strain insures a mild profile. Imported German malts impart a rich, caramel flavor which is balanced with the subtle use of continental hop varieties. The malt forward, slightly sweet profile of Snake River Lager makes it a fine complement to pizzas and red meat.

A little more hops than a true Vienna might want to offer, but it drinks well for me as I like a hoppy lager anyway. Nice beer.

Can at the flat in Jackson Hole. Pours clear rich honey-gold with a creamy, off-white head. Light sweet flavour with lovely toasted malts, a little caramel, mild leafy-earthy hops. Light bodied with average carbonation. Very well balanced finish, lightly nutty, more fresh toasted malts, rich grains. Highly drinkable.
