The flavors present in this medium bodied Irish Red Ale vary as widely as the tales, from biscuits and caramel, to cotton candy there is something for everyone to enjoy and more importantly to remember, about this sacred ground at 12,887ft above sea level.

Can. Milk, nutty toffee malt, and light straw aroma. Dark amber with nice off-white head. Moderately sweet nutty toffee malt and very mildly bitter herbal hay flavor. Okay body. Decent amber ale.

Draft. Clear golden color, medium white head. Aroma of straw and lemon. Taste is similar. More of a golden ale.

On draft at the Wyoming Brewer’s festival 2015. Pours a clear amber with an off white head. Malty nose. Nutty flavors. Crisp finish.

In the can @ home, thanks to R@@@@@@ for picking me this up during her WY trip. Pours a reddish orange appearance with a thin, creamy brown head. A bit nutty, caramel, biscuity nose. Fairly sweet, peanut, caramel / toasted malty flavor. Moderate to high sweetness. Dull bitterness. Bleh.
