Gentle, smooth and well-rounded, this sake is reminiscent of softly melting snow. It has a mild floral fragrance and reveals lingering notes of peach and apricot at mid-range, concluding with a light and slightly dry finish. It is delicate in structure, yet amply endowed with flavor and just enough body to attain a limpid, effortless balance.
