Ko’s JUN is made with Nihon Bar Rice from Shiga which was the rice served to the royal family that resided in Kyoto 1200 years ago. Beautiful aromas of maple and marshmallow with notes of young bamboo leaf and fragrant Linden tree flowers. Polished up to 60%, JUN has a smooth medium finish.
