Bottle from Yamaya, as always it seems. ricey nose, koji, caramel and vanilla. Some alcohol vapors. Looks like slightly thick water. Rich rice flavor, fruity, a bit of citrus, stone fruits, a touch of tropical, some vanilla cream. Full bodied. Decent. Not moving me, as it seems is always the case with this brewer. Decent enough for the relatively low price.
