On tap at New Bohemia. Pours a near clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light fruits with a nice citrus bite and a light grain backbone with a touch of Belgian yeast. Flavor is more grass and bitter citrus forward with light grain and Belgian yeast supporting.

Sample at Tasty Beverage Company. Slightly hazy pale amber color with a medium bone white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of tropical fruit, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of herbal yeast, fruity hops and earthy malt. The finish is fruity with a floral yeast aftertaste. Above average overall.

Draft. Cloudy yellow color, fluffy white head. Aroma of subtle coriander, lemon peel. Taste is peppery spice, straw, light lemon. OK.

Pours gold into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes to skim surface. Resin and yeast aromas. Hot yeast and resin upfront turning dry and fruity in the lasting finish.

Decent but not sure it’s an improvement on the regular hennepin. Some citrus hops and pine in here but it doesn’t quite connect with the ommegang yeast strain. Pours orange with great head and lacing. Light bittersweet finish. Tap a Scion.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours gold with a creamy white head. Aroma is fruity - reminds of pineapple. Med body at least. Flavor is a little earthy, a little fruity, hints of banana. Tastes like a tripel with unusual fruit notes. Finishes fruity, earthy, dry and somewhat bitter. Very nice.
