Kanzan Tokubetsu Junmai Wine Kouboshikomi. Japanese rice wine. Kanzan is the honorary name of the Chusonji temple of Hiraizumi, a World Heritage Site. A light sake fermented for a long time at a low temperature. Sake junmai special that resembles white wine, with a good balance between sour and sweet, and low alcohol content. A very balanced sake, both of flavor and of perfume. Polishing ratio (seimaibuai) (精米歩合): 60%. Sake Meter Value (nihonshudo) (日本酒度): -24.1. Acidity (sando) (酸度): 6.1. Serve at less than 10° C (better), or 10 - 20° / 20 - 30° C (best). Ingredients: water, rice, koji. Bottle size 720ml.
