Draft at Duckfat. Mildly hazy yellow, thin lasting head. Aroma is yeast, light citrus, straw. The flavor is yeast dominated, mild tartness. Very low bitterness. Bone dry in the texture. Effervescent mouth feel. Finish ends on a mild tartness, nice

At the place in Portland: pours cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma is funky saison, musky, earthy. Excellent. Taste is lightly bitter. Dry. Super flavorful. Really. Great.

Draft at The Jeffrey. Murky yellow colour with a white head and spotty lace. Peppery spice, a bit of lemongrass, Belgian yeast. Fizzy and dry on the close.

On tap at Vermont Tap House, Williston, VT.
This was poured into a snifter.
Here’s the rest.
The appearance was a slightly hazy burnt orange color with a thin bar pour’s kind of slim head. Sly thin white lacing.
The smell started off with a sweet grassy and subtle refined lemon maltiness to it. Dried peach skin, light floral. Subtle black pepper.
The flavor takes and combines nicely. Balanced sweet to spicy aftertaste of the aromatic flavors. Quick sweet finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body. Breadiness tries to allocate a decent stickiness, but not cloying. Spice tries to ride in underneath.
Overall, pretty good saison that I could have again.

On tap at the Trappist. It pours a mostly clear yellow color with a white head. The aroma has some nice lemongrass, bread and cinnamon. The flavor has some dusty yeast, basement and solid earthy bitterness. Very dry and light bodied. Interesting stuff.

Tap at Alewife. Very light yellow pour with white head decent legs. Nose is fruit forward with some yeast. Tastes of apricot, nectarine, grassy, some yeast and florals. Dry palate for sure. Very easy drinking not over the top saison.

Hazy golden white color. Big frothy white head. Dry hoppy funky nose with lots of brett and wheat. Light body, dry hoppy, yeasty, fairly funky but not quite as sour as some of the other saisons from oxbow. Well balanced. Medium body. Excellent

Tap at Craft Heads. Nice classic saison nose with the yeast shining alongside crackery malts and peppery hops. Some lemony, gooseberry tartness comes out on the palate. Well-balanced flavor/aroma wise but maybe a tad heavier than I like my saisons. Still very well-done.
