愛米魅 金の純米酒. Sake aged at a low temperature to create a deep umami. It is a mild drinking comfort and Japan's first junmaishu daringly using only “red rice” and “green rice” without any sake-making suitable rice: the ingredients used are ancient rice from Oyama City, Tochigi Prefecture. Alcohol is delicious and suitable after turning 20 years old. The sweet and sour taste and the fruity aroma will overturn the image of traditional sake. Polishing ratio (seimaibuai) (精米歩合): 88%. Sake Meter Value (nihonshudo) (日本酒度): - 5 Acidity (sando) (酸度): 1.5. Bottle size: 200 ml., 720 ml.

Drank at room temperature. The color is slightly yellowish. The olfactory intensity is very high and lasts considerably. The taste on the nose - dominant aroma is of malted Koji rice. The taste on the nose - secondary aromas traces impressions of coconut, dried apricot, soy, white flowers, cognac, ripe fruit and umami. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of solid sake. The body is structured. The taste intensity is high, and the taste persistence is good. The taste is very pleasant. Tones of wheat, vanilla, smoke and popcorn are given to the taste.
