cloudy yellow, smooth creamy beige head
almost peppery chalky herbal hazy-ipa hoppy aroma, quite crisp, good body, grapefruit, pine, green grapes.
flavor is grapefruit, pine, herbal bitterness, bittersweet malts - a bit too bittersweet for my taste - it's like the extra abv added some bittersweet notes instead of more malts or more hops. or maybe like the flavors around what alc. really tastes like are not strong enough so you get the alc. bitterness directly. this makes the beer a lot less refreshing and quenching than it could've been.

Can from Eskbank Trading. Hazy pale golden body with a white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of orange yoghurt and lemon sponge. Flavour of white grape and melon rind. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. Sweet and lemony.

Pear, light agave, nectarine, light cardamom, and orange peel. Pretty dry and citrusy, with a mellow, musty bitterness. Light to medium body, sticky, and a bit astringent. Simple and solid.

12 ounce can taken away from the Needle & Pin and drunk at home. Dark gold and a little bit of quickly dissipating white head. Massive grapefruit aroma woven around the heady scent of biscuity malt. Nothing shy about this beer. Sweet taste, I’m almost tempted to say malt-led but theres loads of grapefruit pith and pineapple hop. Full body with carbonation just on the heavy side. Very impressive!

Really dialled in. Great balance throughout, luscious citrusy flavours, pale bread, grapefruit, rind, pine, mango. Modest bitterness. A little warmth. Dangerously drinkable.

12 oz can. Aroma is grapefruit, bready, hint of coconut, pine, alcohol. Pours hazy golden with a one finger cream-white head with good retention. Taste has a moderate pithy bitterness with flavors like the aroma. Almost six months old, so not the freshest.

0.355l can. Opaque yellow body with a lasting white head. Aroma of grapefruit, lemon zest, leafy greens, sugar syrup and a bit of oats. It suggests a citrusy brew with a touch of booze and pretty much this is what you get from the sip. It's shows bold lemon zest and grapefruit notes with some grape seed, a bit of oats and a tiny bit of booze. It's quite easy to drink and has a lasting hop bitterness. Sierra Nevada seems to be unable to miss when it comes to hoppy beers.
