0.3 l on tap at the brewpub. Slightly hazy, golden with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral, slightly grassy-spicy aroma of lemon peel, some fresh grass, grains and traces of honey. Moderately sweet, gently bitter, moderately fruity-floral and slightly grassy-spicy taste of lemon peel, fresh grass, grains and some honey, followed by a short, gently bitter, moderately grassy-spicy finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Pleasant Pils, quite malty but also nicely crisp, typically Brauhaus-style.

Many thanks to kevnic2008 for sharing. The beer starts fresh, grainy with a neutral bitterness in the end. Not very round, easy to drink but grainy-dry with powdery hints. Probably too young to be drunk. The aftertaste is grainy-unround, slightly sweetish and neutral bitter.

Vielen Dank an kevnic2008 fürs Teilen! Leicht trübe goldene Farbe, geringe weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr getreidig, gering zitronig hopfig. Geschmack zitronig, getreidig, dezent hopfig bitter, trocken, ok!

Draft at the source. Cloudy yellow color. Aroma of black pepper and fresh hay. Taste is peppery hay and straw. One of the nicer pils of the day.
