Bottle, 5.2%. Bready aroma. Clear pale yellow colour. Big stable chalk white head. The flavour is slightly bready, but not unpleasant. Low to medium bitterness. Rather bland, but with a decent Landbier, almost Zwickel, finish.

Clear light golden, frothy white head. Bready aroma with honey. Sweetish, bready and grassy flavour.

Bottle. Pours clear pale straw with small white head. Clear aroma of yeast, hops and paper. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with notes of malt and yeast. Bitetr and paperlike aftertaste. OK but nothing extraordinary, not even for the style.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Einbecker Landbier Spezial ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, vegetables, light hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, vegetables, silage notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20141025]

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grain, floral and hay. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. It pours a clear, golden body under a small, white head. The aroma is a bit weak, with pale malts, hay and grass and a touch of pine cones. It’s medium bodied and very soft on the palate, with grassy, hayish flavors and some bitterness. Bitter, citrusy and grassy finish with some grains in the back. Quite nice this one, easy drinkable and rather tasteful. A tad boring though. 141025

330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Expressionless aroma, flat, plain, grainy; taste idem. The term "Plörre" was coined for this.

Flasche (33 cl) vom Marktkauf-Getränkemarkt, Einbeck. - Goldgelb, klar. - Riecht leicht zitrusfruchtig, mit dumpferen Hopfenaromen im Hintergrund. - Im Antrunk leicht zitroniger, etwas würziger Hopfen ohne feinere Hopfenaromen. Etwas süßliches Malz. Mild rezent, etwas rauhes Mundgefühl. Leicht würzig-hopfenherber Abgang. Zurück bleibt eine unaromatische Bittere mit leicht säuerlichem Beigeschmack. Den Hopfenextrakt schmeckt man deutlich heraus. - Recht bescheidenes Bier, das wohl durch aromatische Anspruchslosigkeit der Bezeichnung „Landbier“ gerecht zu werden versucht. Kann sich nicht mit den übrigen Einbecker Bieren messen.
