We went fishing off the West Coast for a big IPA and pulled in two monster beers. This one we have served with a squeeze of extra El Dorado. Crack it fresh to taste the West Coast.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Can. Pale gold with a cm of white head that fades fast. Aroma of candied mango, peach, crackers, pine and pineapple. Fruit lollies and fruit but briefly sweet before pine and strongish bitterness take over. The simple malt makes it feel bit empty in the middle.
