Classic west coast aroma all the way, with the mild drinkability of a pils. We started with a mash of German pils malt and 25% rice with a simple single decoction mash. We hopped on the hot side with Styrian Goldings for smooth bitterness, then whirlpooled with centennial. Dry hopped generously with centennial, Simcoe and Citra. Your nose might take you back in time with classic west coast aromas of lemon meringue, orange marmalade and cantaloupe.

At the January 2026 DC Brewver gathering. 16oz can. Poured a hazy yellow color with a medium sized golden color. Aroma was big citrus, resin, with some light floral hops. Flavor was citrus hops, with some resiny pine. Very nice, juicy, crisp and very easy to drink. Really just hit the spot.

16 ounce can from The Haus in Jenkintown. Number one with a bullet. Hazy yellow gold color. Large, frothy white head leaves wonderful lacing. Aromas of bright citrus and resiny, earthy herbs. Light, malty flavor upfront has bready notes. Nicely balanced by citrusy hops. Notes of orange, lemon and pine. Clean and refreshing. Brief, dry finish.
