tap at OktoBeerfest - Hey, a cucumber is technically a fruit. I guess we think of it as a vegetable so this could be put under spice/herbal/vegetable. Anyway, this beer pours hazy yellow and a little green with a small dense white head that lingers. It definitely smells like a cucumber. It tastes mild and sweet with the cucumber in the forefront. Light bodied and with a little bitterness in the finish, this beer is really odd.
