From tap. Pours cloudy amber with a small tan head. Aroma is winous, fruity and mellow wooden. Smooth fruity, citric and slight wooden. Lingering dry, bitter and mild sour. Dry andbitter finish.

Bottle sampled. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma of Brett upfront, tart dark fruits, vinegar, toffee and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle split at Bruces pad - for the last time, picked up at Craft Conundrum Charleston, 27/03/15. Hazed dark chestnut brown topped with a decent beige swirl. Nose is dark fruits, musty wood notes, toffee, ripe fruit, spice, caramel. Taste comprises ripe dark fruits, toffee, raisens, brown sugars, musty wood notes, light booze, BA effect. Medium + body, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent BA old ale, good balance and flavour profile.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy reddish amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dried fruit, bretty, red wine and wood. Flavor is quite sweet, moderate bitter and light acidic. Dry, moderate bitter and light acidic finish with a little alcohol. 110415

Bottle @ Post-Easter Procrastination, Ulfborg. Pours hazy copper brown with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of citrus, wine barrel and hops, with notes of malt. Dusty and sweetish flavour of vanilla, barrel and malt, with citric and hoppy notes. Acetic aftertaste. Okay.
