Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light pine and grass with a bit of bread and sweet grains backing. Flavor is pine forward with resin and grapefruit rind supporting and a bit of grain backing.

Draft. Deep golden body. Frothy head, diminishing. Aroma of tropical fruit, pine, light resin, grapefruit, toasted grain. The flavor is lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Lots of bitterness for a pale ale. Slightly sour, resiny, thin.
