Refrigerated 1 pint can from JoePeesie poured into a shaker. Pours clear deep golden with big bright fluffy white head. Big bubble fluffy lacing, medium body, medium carbonation, slightly resinous texture, and nice hop aroma. Taste is citrus, some long pine, and slightly bitter finish. Better than expected.

Received in trade from phisigben, thanks for the opportunity. Pours just shy of clear with a golden amber color and a creamy white head that never gets too large or distant. Nice grapefruit and apricot aroma mixed with a hint of pine and hints of bready malt somewhere in the mix. Taste is a nice mix of bready biscuity malt with plenty of earthy pine and citrus hop flavor to keep me interested. Medium to light body with a fairly dry finish, moderate level of carbonation and a resinous creamy watery mouthfeel. Nice pale ale with huge amounts of hop aroma. I wouldn’t mind a touch more body here, but I could also see myself cutting the lawn with one of these too.

Can. Sweet orange/grapefruit/pine hops and light malt aroma. Golden yellow color with large head. Sweet orange malt initially with moderately bitter grapefruit/pine hops finish. Solid APA.

Draft. Clear deep golden body. Off-white, frothy head. Aroma of pine, citrus and caramel. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture and lively carbonation. Flavor leans toward the sweet side for an APA, but there is enough hop presence of grapefruit and pine to keep the malts in check and leave a bitter aftertaste. This doesn’t grab your attention, but it gets points for being solid and an easy drinker.

can thanks to awiseman01, pours light copper/deep gold with a medium white head. Aroma is full of nice citrus and grassy hop notes, really nice nose. Flavor is fairly sweet with pale malts and again some grassy notes that are turned bitter with huge notes of pine, peach and citrus hops. Flavorful stuff.

Can thanks to LtDan. Pours with a clear golden body and a large, off-white head. Aroma of grass, earth, pine and caramel. Light citrus and some tea. Flavors of pine, earth, gelatin, dust, bitter, soil. A bit metallic. Very light sweetness in the finish of the second sip. Medium bubbles, decently dry and lastingly bitter finish. (3.1)
Pint at Fresh Craft. Pours with a clear golden-orange hued body with a foamy white head. Aromas are citrusy, flowery, floral, low caramel and some tamarind. Flavors are clean, grainy, low bitterness and mild esters. Tangerine, pine and grapefruit. Medium caramel and toasty malt. Fuller carbonation with a lower body.

Sample from can at the Beer ’N Rock Band tasting on 08/27/2010: The beer is a clear golden color with a medium fluffy off-white head that recedes slowly. Thin sheet of lacing at the top of the glass with spots underneath. Hoppy aroma with primarily citrus notes, along with a touch of malt. Medium body with hops and zesty citrus flavors along with malty notes. The finish is hoppy with a citrus aftertaste. Straightforward, decent Pale Ale overall.

tap at the brewery - Pours hazy copper with an off-white, lacing head. The aroma has some citrus hops. The flavor has good hops intensity with slight citrus undertones. I’m looking for a bit more malt profile to complement it though.

On tap at the Bloomington Beer Festival. Poured a clear dark gold with a white head. Aroma was full of citrus notes (orange) with underlying piney notes. There were more malts present in the flavor leading to a musty pine flavor with a touch of orange.
