On tap @Churchkey. Extra frothy, hazy. Mild Brett funk on the dusty, dry-hopped, wildflower honey nose. Lemon, dry cereal, dirt, straw, honey floral, bitter greens. Frothy, pushy carb, half sharp, decent acid, minerally, itchy, a touch soapy, kind of like oatmeal. Good.

The Buechel OGs raid the GABF 2023: Poured a murky jello golden with a white head. Aroma is oaky, pungent fruits, grape, vinous. Taste is oaky, fruity, grape, vinous, lemon, spice.

375mL capped bottle. Wow what a beer Brett L dominate beer. Cracker malts and light dough. Extremely drinkable and Brett-full-tastic. Pale color. I need to drink this again. 949417

Gingerman, NYC tap: pours gold with a white head. Aroma is light brett and citrus fruitiness and such. Taste is not very sour. Very soft body. Pleasant to print. Light tanginess. Not bad. Nice and refreshing.

Draft at the Ginger Man, NYC. Hazy straw with a white head. Aroma of citrus and light funk. Sour smelling. Taste is light malt, mild sourness, and funky with some barnyard elements. Refreshing.

Tap at gingerman. Light cloudy Goode with nose is sweet yeast and candied citrus. Tastes of orange peel, lemon, grapefruit, wood, lacto, and soft Brett. Lovely crushable palate smooth and zippy. Fun one

Draft at the source. Cloudy pale yellow color, see pic with menu for verification. This is the first beer I’ve seen from the new foudres in Brookland. More tannins up front in the aroma with dust, white pepper and citrus. Taste is funky dusty overripe citrus and stone fruit. Dry finish. Delicious.

64oz growler from the brewery pours a murky gold with some frothy, white head. Nose has some cheese rind, straw, a little dried citrus zest, light herbs, hints of spice. Flavor is extremely well balanced, some lemon and yogurt tartness, straw and fresh grass, light funk. Finishes a touch watery.
