Bottle - Great fresh hops on the nose and lots of brett funk. Clearish gold with a nice white head. Tart lemon and some acid, brett fruit is there but hops are gone. I could smell this all day.

Bottle - thanks Aaron! Pours hazy golden, large creamy white head, dissipates slowly and leaves nice clumpy lacing. Aroma is passionfruit, a touch of funk. Flavor is light plus tart, just a touch of funk, passionfruit and a bit of guava, a mineral taste as well. Medium body. This is nice.

Sample at The Source. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a medium fizzy white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Stringy lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of funky citrus, yeast and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of tart grapefruit, herbal yeast, oak and malt. The finish is moderately sour with a funky and citrusy aftertaste. Enjoyable beer all around.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a cloudy gold with small off white head. The aroma is funk and citrus. Thin mouth, tart hop, funk, grapefruit, very nice.

Tap at CS - hmm, an interesting brew here - the nose presents as hoppy belgian ale - a lot of tropical and herbal character, some muskiness, some melon rind, light funk - flavor first presents a manageable citric tartness that is complimented well by the moderate hop profile - a lot of melon, some pineapple - mild musk and funk - not quite on par with Hop Savant, but this is pretty good.

Bottle @ home with LeninCat, picked up at Wilburs for $8. Gusher. Pours a cloudy yellow orange appearance with a white head. Aroma had spicy, weedy hops, tropical fruit, lots of grapefruit, and some light funk. Twangy, lightly tart flavor with notes of white grapes, apples, champagne, grass, and herbs. Funky finish that doesn’t last very long. Kind of fun but not as good as Prairie Amarillo Gold. I also prefer Batch 60 but this is pretty cool.
