Bottle/Fest. A- Sour, tart, citrus, funk. A- Orange color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Sour, tart, funky, citrus. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, sour finish. O- This probably deserves a higher rating than I gave it. Nice sour that isnβt too tart or any of that vinegar taste. Well done.

Whole Foods, Bowery 375ml ($10): Pours opaque yellow with a white head. Aroma is brett funk, earth, fruity hops. The best thing about this beer is that it is not only deliciously complex but it is also so damn refreshing. The beer is a tad bitter and a bit sour too. Neither flavor really outdoes the other. Really nice balance. This most good.

Bottle. Pours a near clear golden orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of earthy funk and leaf notes with light fruit and bread backing. Flavor has more of a sour lemon note with a bit of leafiness and a bread backbone.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out considerable brett funk, some tart peachiness, and lovely dry hopping. Flavour is a lovely mix of bretty barnyard funk, tart peaches, and beautiful dry hopping. Couldn't really put together a better dry hopped sour. This is everything you hope for in this style. Complex, impeccably balanced and highly thirst-quenching. Fantastic stuff.
