While showcasing plenty of malt forward flavors and aromas, Irish Red Ales still maintain an incredible easy-drinking balance. To achieve this, we brewed ours with a base of Epiphany Foundation malt and a delicate blend of UK specialty malts and Murphy & Rude chocolate malts.

Our Irish Red leads with toasty and nutty aromas of multigrain bread and sweet scones alongside a pleasant ester-derived fruitiness. On first sip the flavor is dominated by a fresh biscuity tone that soon makes room for fig pastry, toasted bread, and a faint drying roastiness. While medium bodied and smooth, this Red Ale has a crisp dry finish devoid of any noticeable bitterness.
