Conditioned on lime zest and aged for over 3 months in Mexican Tequila Barrels, notes of lime, oak and the smoothest tequila compliment the honey and citrus notes Three Chopt Tripel is known for.

750ml bottle pours a hazy amber with some creamy, clumpy, white head. Nose has honey comb, lime, wood shavings, mildly herbal, some nail polish. Flavor has heavy malt and honey comb, agave, lime, lemon, herbs, soap, a bit minty, some acid. Full, herbal finish. Honestly, without the addition of lime zest this is probably a train wreck.
