Tap at Fermentoren. Pineapple is muted, bit creamy, got some graininess, little bit of citrus. Nice enough.

Appearance: Hazy golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Citrus, hops, floral, grass.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Hops, citrus, floral, perfume, fruit.

Draught @ Fermentoren. Pours very hazy milky yellow with a frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some thick lacing on the glass. Smell is rustic , tiny malty and slightly funky with crackers, hay, dry soil, leather, barnyard, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is tiny bitter, slightly malty and slightly funky. mouthfeel is crisp, dry and light to medium bodied. Finish is slightly bitter with sourdough crackers, old bread, hay, dry soil, leather, barnyard, minerals, white pepper corns, lemon zest and hints of rubber. Nicely rustic but a bit unrefined.

On tap @ Fermentoren, Århus. Unclear golden orange body with a medium sized white head. Nice, rather light aroma of pale malt, yeast, some esters, fruit and flowers. Flavor is medium sweet pale malt, fruity yeast, some esters, floral and balanced light bitterness. Medium body and decent aftertaste. A nice and refreshing Saison.

Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of pineapple, spices, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of pineapple, spices,hops,and citrus fruit, leading to a bitter finish.

[ As Dry & Bitter Mahalo ].Unclear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to light heavy hoppy, citrus, peach. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, peach - fruity, fruity, spicy yeast notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150501]

Tap at Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Poured a hazy straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is yeast, aspirin mineral, light banana. The flavour is light sour with a yeast bitter dry malt mineral palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
