10th Anniversary Keller Pilsner

You wanna know what’s crazy? We’re coming up on our TEN YEAR ANNIVERSARY next month. So, consider this beer a save the date for all the festivities - Friday January 9th @ Western + Saturday January 10th @ Shilshole. We’ll have new collab beers, we’ll tap some kegs from the cellar, we’ll have bomb food at Western, we’ll have live music at Shilshole, and we’ll have even MORE live music across the alley at The Sunset Tavern. Come See Us! Ok, more about this beer. We went straight German Pilsner on this recipe - Weyermann Pilsner malt + Tettnang, Mittelfrüh & Saaz hops + our house lager yeast - and when it came to making the decision or not to clarify it…we tasted it off the tank and were like, let’s keep it as is! A light sheen of haze, a touch more rustic, a bit of amplified character from the malt and yeast, and some of the prettiest foam in all the land.
