Our flagship lager. We use the finest Pilsner malt and ferment it low and slow with 34/70 yeast for a clean malt character of freshly baked crusty bread. Hopped more liberally than a classic Munich-style Helles with Saphir and Tettnanger. We're getting subtle grassy, citrus, herbal and floral notes. Naturally unfiltered and slightly hazy.

440ml can. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma of bready malts, grassy hop. Taste of bready malts, grassy, mild citrus, mild floral, light peppery spice, light bitter with a slightly sweet lean. Medium bodied. Solid lager refreshment.
