On tap at The Reservoir.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a glossy hazy yellow color. No lacing. No head.
The smell takes in subtle amounts of sweet wheat and a low amount of coriander spice. Light lemon and orange peel pop in to say hi, barely.
The taste was basically the same. Orange sweet wheaty aftertaste and wet finish.
On the palate, this one sat light on the body with a big sessionability about it. Carbonation felt extremely low, wet but not sticky feel. Just seems to slide right on off my tongue.
Overall, is there such thing as a session witbier? Body seems way lower than other witbiers. Maybe again in the Summer, maybe.
