On tap at Vermont Tap house.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a glossy to hazy burnt out hazy orange slightly yellow color with a slight transparent carbonated nice look to it.
The smell starts off with a sweet to tart fresh green apple. Sly warming breadiness. Delicate use of black pepper. Floral/hibiscus. Crisp tart citrus pulp. Sly vinous qualities.
The flavor takes on the previously mentioned aromas to boot and curve the \"sour\" into a sticky sweetness. Nice sticky bready to affixed spicy/floral aftertaste. Sweet wet finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionability about it Carbonation rides fairly light.
Overall, this was a decent \"semi-soured\" saison that I could have again.
