This was poured into a pint glass at brewpub.
The appearance was a glossy, semi-clear mildly pale burnt orange color. Mild lacing after a barely there little bit of a cap of a head.
The aroma did have some sweet to lightly tart strawberry, yes, authentic. Mild sweet malts behind.
The flavor brings in the sweet to the tart nicely. Delicate sweet strawberry aftertaste. Quick finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body. Nice sessionability for what it is. Does somewhat come across creamy-like on my tongue.
Overall, it does the job of an American styled cream ale with brewer creativity. Nice for the Summer.
