Draft at the source. Clear golden amber color. Aroma of peppery caramel. Taste is mostly toasted caramel.

Keg at the brewery. Pours a clear copper with a medium sized creamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of toffee and dark fruits. The taste is toffee, dark fruits. Bitter finish. Thin-medium bodied, low carbonation, lingering bitterness.
