Inspired by the Bohemian Pilsener, this lager offers a rich, complex malt profile with a spicy, floral presence of Saaz hops. This beer pours a deep burnished gold, which is brilliantly clear with a creamy white head. The lager tastes of complex maltiness combined with a pronounced yet soft rounded bitterness and spicy flavor from Saaz hops.

Light gold pour. Thin foam around the rim. Nice sweet malt flavor. I love nutty malt. With wheat and malt underneath on palate. Light bodied and light carbonation.

Taster flight at Seven Arrows. Clear golden pour, spotty head. Light malty, biscuity aroma. Taste is malty with a bit of sweetness, then mild crispness. Not horrible

Tap at the brewery. Can’t believe I passed this one over every other time I’ve been here as its one of their "core" beers. Pours golden with a white head. Light crisp aroma of grasses, browning leaves. Flavor is grasses, browning leaves, hint of envelope glue. This tastes a lot like an Oktoberfest to me. Quite solid.

Keg at the brewery. Pours a clear golden with a thin creamy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of floral, grassy hops and pale malt. The taste is doughy, biscuit malt and a grassy finish. Medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness.
