Draft at Bluejacket. Light golden, small silky head, lots of lacing. Big grainy aroma and yeast. Yeast moves to the front in the taste, smooth silky, Belgian-y. Dry, nice feel.

Two 4 oz pours on cask at Bluejacket. One dry hopped with Amarillo hops, the other with Saaz hops. Scores averaged and rounded up.
Amarillo: Hazy golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of floral notes, herbs, citrus, lemon gummy bears. Tastes of lemon citrus, tropical fruit, lemon gummy bears, floral and herbal notes. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Preferred this cask to the Saaz cask. 7/4/7/3/14
Saaz: Murky yellow with off-white head. Aromas of floral notes, herbs, citrus. Tastes of floral notes, lots of herbs, citrus. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Seemed more herbal than the Amarillo dry hopped cask. 6/2/6/3/12

750ml bottle from the brewery pours a hazy gold with a ring of white head. Big melon nose, honey dew, some musk mellow, some papaya too, some lemon, yeast, mild spice. Flavor has some malt notes, some candy, a little honey, a little chrysanthemum, but lots of melon, cantaloupe, honey dew, some papaya too. Crisp finish. Interesting.
