Kaldi IPA is an India Pale Ale brewed in the American style. The American US-05 yeast gives the beer a clean and dry body. The American hops—Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic—provide a strong bitterness and intense notes of tropical fruits, which also come through clearly in the aroma.

On tap at Kaldi, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Nose brings out piney hops and some grassy notes. Flavour is fairly standard but clean, with notes of piney hops, fruity notes and a bitter aftertaste. Nothing special but solidly made.

Draft at Kaldi Bar. Cloudy golden amber color, thick tan ice cream cone head. Nice aroma of summer fruit and citrus. Taste is fruity, lightly bitter. Tasty.
